1. General Terms

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 88fen platform ("Platform") and all related services. By accessing this website or creating an account, you are considered to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms.

88fen reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be taken to mean that you have accepted the updated Terms. You are therefore advised to visit this page regularly.

These Terms are written in Bengali, and in the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

The following conditions must be met in order to create an account and use services on the 88fen platform:

• You must be at least 21 years old.
• You must use this service voluntarily and in a sound state of mind.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts may be suspended and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided at the time of account registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Keeping your account password and login details confidential is entirely your responsibility.
• Allowing anyone else to use your account is prohibited.

88fen reserves the right to reject any registration application without reason, or to close any account at a later time.

3. Identity Verification

88fen may request documents from a user at any time to verify their identity if deemed necessary. The following documents may be requested as part of this process:

• A copy of a national ID card or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.

88fen reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until the verification process is complete. If fraudulent or false information is provided, the account will be closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

The following rules apply to depositing and withdrawing funds at 88fen:

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 (per method).
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳800.
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Withdrawal time: Processing is generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

Funds deposited into an account may only be withdrawn using the payment method registered under that account's name. Direct transfers to third-party accounts are prohibited.

88fen reserves the right to delay or suspend any transaction due to security review.

5. Bonus & Promotion Terms

88fen offers bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. These offers are subject to the following general terms:

• Each bonus offer has its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside that offer.
• Welcome bonus: 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000.
• Wagering requirement: A wager of 15 times the bonus amount is required. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 in bets before withdrawing. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.
• It may not be possible to claim a new bonus until the required wagering for an existing bonus has been completed.
• If bonus abuse or fraudulent activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• 88fen reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer without prior notice.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fen platform:

• Opening an account using false or misleading information.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Selling, transferring, or leasing an account or funds to another person.
• Using software bots, scripts, or automation tools.
• Colluding with other users during play.
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Attempting to damage the platform's security or technical infrastructure.

If any of the above prohibited activities are proven, 88fen may immediately close the account and forfeit any funds held.

7. Intellectual Property

All content published on the 88fen platform — including logos, graphics, software, text content, designs, and other elements — is protected under the intellectual property rights of the respective rights holders.

Users may not republish, distribute, modify, or commercially use any content from the platform without prior written permission from 88fen.

8. Privacy & Data Protection

88fen is committed to protecting users' personal information. All transactions and data exchanges on the platform are secured using SSL encryption technology.

9. Limitation of Liability

88fen will not be held liable in the following cases:

• Loss caused by technical issues, server outages, or loss of internet connectivity.
• Loss caused by a user's own carelessness or the compromise of account credentials.
• Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or upgrades.
• Any activity that conflicts with the laws of the user's own country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 88fen's total liability shall in no case exceed the total amount deposited by the user in the 30 days preceding the incident.

10. Responsible Gaming

88fen firmly believes in responsible gaming. This platform should be used for entertainment purposes only. If you feel that gambling is having a negative impact on your life or your family's life, you are advised to seek help immediately.

11. Dispute Resolution

12. Account Closure & Termination

88fen may close or suspend an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• Failure to cooperate with the identity verification process.
• Extended inactivity (generally more than 12 months).

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be legally unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Any delay by 88fen in exercising its rights under these Terms shall not be construed as a waiver of those rights.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between the user and 88fen and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
